# Withdrawal Policy ## Withdrawal Policy for Digital Products **Last updated:** June 23, 2026 **Electronic withdrawal-function provisions effective:** June 19, 2026 This policy explains the statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights that may apply when a consumer purchases downloadable digital content from AAAPresets. Because our products are supplied digitally and normally made available immediately after purchase, special rules apply to the commencement of supply and the loss of the withdrawal right. ### 1\. About This Policy This Withdrawal Policy applies to consumer purchases made through AAAPresets at aaapresets.com. Our products consist of digital content supplied without a physical or tangible medium. These products may include: - Lightroom presets in XMP, DNG, or other digital formats; - Video LUTs, including CUBE files; - Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and other video-editing transitions; - Project files, preset files, templates, overlays, effects, and related digital assets; - Digital product bundles; - Instructional PDF files, installation guides, and other downloadable materials; and - Any free digital products or bonus products supplied as part of a paid order. No physical product is shipped or delivered in connection with these purchases unless a product page expressly states otherwise. ### 2\. A consumer is an individual purchasing digital content mainly for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights generally do not apply to purchases made wholly for business or professional purposes unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. ### 4\. General 14-Day Withdrawal Right Consumers located in the European Union may normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For a contract involving digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period normally expires 14 days after the day on which the contract is concluded. Consumers in the United Kingdom may similarly have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for digital content, subject to the rules concerning immediate digital supply explained below. These rights are subject to applicable local law and may end early when the consumer expressly requests or consents to immediate supply and acknowledges the resulting loss of the withdrawal or cancellation right. ### 5\. Immediate Supply of Digital Content AAAPresets products are normally made available for access or download shortly after the order is accepted and payment is successfully completed. Supply may begin when we make the purchased digital content available to you, including when: - A working download link is displayed on the order-confirmation page; - A working download link is sent to your email address; - The digital files are added to your customer account; - You are given access through a download application or delivery platform; or - The files or other digital content are otherwise made available for retrieval or use. ### 6\. Consent to Immediate Supply and Loss of the Withdrawal Right Where required by applicable consumer law, we will ask you before completing your purchase to: 1. Expressly request or consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately and before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and 2. Acknowledge that once the supply of the digital content begins, you will lose your statutory right to withdraw from or cancel the contract. We will also provide confirmation of your consent and acknowledgment in the order confirmation, download email, or another durable medium where required by applicable law. When all legally required conditions have been satisfied and supply of the digital content has begun, you will no longer have a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right based only on changing your mind, ordering by mistake, not using the files, or deciding that you no longer want the product. For clarity, purchasing digital content, receiving access to it, and later deciding not to download, install, or use it does not necessarily restore a withdrawal right that has already been validly lost under applicable law. ### 7\. When the Withdrawal Right Is Not Lost Your withdrawal or cancellation right may continue to apply where: - Supply of the digital content has not begun; - You did not expressly consent to supply beginning during the withdrawal period; - You did not acknowledge that beginning supply would cause the loss of your withdrawal right; - We failed to provide legally required confirmation of your consent and acknowledgment; or - Applicable mandatory consumer law gives you a right that cannot legally be excluded. Whether a withdrawal right remains available will be assessed under the mandatory consumer law applicable to the order. ### 8\. How to Exercise an Available Withdrawal Right To exercise a withdrawal right that has not already ended, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear and unambiguous statement before the applicable withdrawal period expires. You may submit your request by: - Using our online [Withdrawal Form](/pages/withdrawal-form); - Emailing [info@aaapresets.com](mailto:info@aaapresets.com); or - Sending a written statement to the business address listed in this policy. Your statement should clearly explain that you wish to withdraw from or cancel the contract. To help us identify the order, please include: - Your full name; - The email address used for the order; - Your order number; - The name of the digital product or products; - The date of purchase; and - The email address to which the withdrawal confirmation should be sent. You do not have to provide a reason for exercising a valid statutory withdrawal right. The deadline is met when you send your withdrawal statement before the applicable withdrawal period expires. ### 9\. Electronic Withdrawal Function for EU Consumers From June 19, 2026, where an online contract is covered by an applicable statutory withdrawal right, eligible consumers may also use the electronic withdrawal function available through our [Withdrawal Form](/pages/withdrawal-form). The electronic function is intended to allow an eligible consumer to: - Identify themselves; - Identify the contract or order they wish to withdraw from; - Provide an electronic contact method for receiving confirmation; - Review the withdrawal statement before submission; and - Confirm and submit the withdrawal request electronically. After an electronic withdrawal request is successfully submitted, we will send an acknowledgment on a durable medium, normally by email, without undue delay. The acknowledgment will contain or identify the submitted request and its submission date and time. The electronic withdrawal function does not create a withdrawal right where that right does not exist or has already been validly lost following the immediate supply of digital content. ### 10\. Effects of Withdrawal (Reimbursement) Where you validly exercise a withdrawal right that has not already ended, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Because our products are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, no goods need to be returned. Where the supply of the digital content had already begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment as described in Section 6, the right of withdrawal will generally have been lost and reimbursement will not apply. ### 11\. Defective or Non-Conforming Digital Content The loss of your right of withdrawal under this policy does not affect your separate statutory rights where digital content is defective or not as described. Under Directive (EU) 2019/770, the digital content we supply must conform to the contract, including its description, functionality, compatibility, and the quality you may reasonably expect. If a download link fails, a file is corrupted or incomplete, or a product does not function or is not compatible as described, please contact us at [info@aaapresets.com](mailto:info@aaapresets.com). We will bring the digital content into conformity free of charge within a reasonable time—for example, by re-issuing the download or providing a corrected file or update. Where bringing the digital content into conformity is impossible or fails, or where the lack of conformity is serious, you are entitled to a proportionate reduction of the price or to a refund.
